    • My husband enjoys liver sometimes when we go to a restaurant. No matter how good I’m told it is I just can’t face it. 🙂 I’m glad there are others ways to get B5.

  1. We love eggs here in our house! When we can’t come up with something (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) we often resort to en egg. My oldest (11 yo) can cook his own and the younger two are learning. And I agree, eggs and veggies are just perfect. Throw some goat cheese in there and you’ve got a divine meal.

    Looks like we have Vita B covered in our diet. I can’t say we eat organ meat – liver (EWWWW) 🙂
    Glad we stick with turkey and chicken lol.
