I’m reading through the Anne series that I recently added to my Kindle for 99 cents 🙂 I have fallen in love with my Kindle – can’t believe there are over 50,000 pages of Anne on my little machine 🙂 I love getting free books every week, too – mostly cookbooks that I can browse through and then some kids’ books that Stef enjoys reading when we are out and about.

  2. Jennifer it is so awesome to meet another family who loves to read! (And you have lots of babies too!) My family loves to read. Your post has inspired me to create a similar one. Will do that soon with a list of what we’re reading.

I tried reading books digitally but I run into a wall every time. I it’s just not the same as a real book and my eyes don’t seem to like it as well. Maybe if I change or lower my expectations I could enjoy it.

    • I don’t know if this makes a difference, but I have a Kindle Paperwhite. If I had a Kindle like my daughter’s I’m not sure I would like it as much. My Kindle is very lightweight, and I can use it in the dark. It’s easy to use when I’m nursing my baby – which happens a lot so I have lots of reading time there. It doesn’t feel electronic to my eyes. I didn’t think I would like it, but I can honestly say that it’s one of the nicest, best-used gifts my husband has ever given me.
