    • You would need to switch almond flour for the wheat flour and leave the corn out. Then it would be an “S” meal. 🙂

    Wow, just what I needed. It’s just started getting chilly here in Australia and I have 2 different packets of fish that have been in the freezer for a while and really need to get used up. I’ll make it in advance for when I do Kids Club on Friday evening.

    Ok some more thoughts. Do you think this would work in a slow cooker? I’m assuming I could sub fresh for canned mushrooms and may also add some diced capsicums if I have any.

      I’m not sure how the dairy would hold up in a slow cooker. I’ve heard that it doesn’t do well so I’ve never tried it. So, I don’t know.
