1. I just looked up your verse of the day, and I found it to be so compelling. To think that they were ashamed to ask for physical help because they had already proclaimed that God would be with them and protect them, makes me think of our modern day and how we need to fast and pray for the conditions surrounding us. God is our only hope. Our help is not found in man. He has been teaching me through some very fiery trials in our lives that HE wants to be our all in all….spiritually, physically, and emotionally. He wants our trust and wants to prove to us that He can take care of our every need, through HIS means and His strength. We recently spoke of Ezra in our weekly Bible Study, so I found this verse to be so interesting. Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving sweet encouragement behind. So happy to “meet” you!
